The pack in the photo is 100g. Instructions for brewing Japanese tea are written in English on the back of the pack. 1 case contains 120 100g packs. EM farming is a way of fertilizing soil using nature^^s gifts. As a result of the introduction and use of chemical fertilizers from around 1960, many Japanese tea plantations saw their soil lose its fertilizer-retention properties. Fetilizer-retention properties are brought about by indigenous bacteria (microorganisms). The soil at our tea plantation is kept in good condition and owes its fertility to a liquid culture cultured using indigenous bacteria taken from the soil, molasses, and catechins. Crab shells, pupa shells, and rice bran are mixed to the culture which is then fermented and further cultured. After this, the culture is dried at a low heat so as not to destroy the bacteria. Finally fish meal is mixed into the dried culture to produce a natural fertilizer. The use of this fertilizer gradually restored the fertility of the plantation^^s soil. Healthy soil does not require chemical fertilizers. The tea leaves coming from our plantation are processed at our HACCP certified plant and become Japanese tea. The plant is a thorough and complete clean room environment that guarantees food safety. Japanese tea has an abundance of such things as catechins, amino acids, vitamin C, dietary fibre, and total nitrogen. With high grade tea from 3000 per 100g and lower grade tea available from just 500, we are able to offer the right tea to meet each individual customer^^s needs. Packaging & Shipping We have 4 sizes of cardboard box available and package products in the following way: S size:20 100g packs M size:40 100g packs L size:60 100g packs LL size:100 100g packs Company Information Our tea-processing room, refrigerated room, and packing area are all constructed using clean room panels, and the plant itself is a total clean room environment. 3 types of filter, HEPA filters, pretreatment filters, and insect netting, are used to ensure that only clean air is brought into the plant from outside. Additionally, a positive pressure air conditioning system is used to create the perfect plant set-up. Founded 140 years ago, we possess a wealth of tradition. We place an emphasis on the quality of ingredients, and being a long-established business, are able to offer products that showcase the original flavors of the ingredients we use.
